The program is structured into three core modules and a follow-up webinar:
- Module 2: Planning for Uncertainty: This module introduces and allows participants to experiment with strategy analysis tools such as pre-mortem analysis, scenario mapping, and war games. It also covers leveraging strategic foresight to identify opportunities and mitigate risks, and the formulation of future-proof strategies. It emphasizes leveraging human capital in implementing adaptable strategies and creating an action plan for the organization.
- Module 4: Follow-up Webinar: This webinar provides a platform to review the action plan, reflect on implementation challenges, define subsequent steps, and ultimately, transform uncertainty into an advantage. The program also features experiential activities and real-life case studies. Upcoming editions are scheduled for April 28-30, 2025, and June 23, 2025, in Ghent. Instruction is delivered by international strategy experts who share practical tools and proven methodologies. The faculty includes Professors Carine Peeters, Kerstin Fehre, and Martin Weiss, all professors of Strategy at Vlerick Business School. The program is described as being #1 in Open Executive Education in Belgium and #27 worldwide. The program costs €3995 (excluding 21% VAT).
