The EDHEC Master in Management (MiM) – Finance, also known as the Grande École programme, is a three-year, English-taught program designed to equip students with the knowledge and expertise for successful international careers in finance. It's a double-degree program awarding both a Master in Management and a Master of Science. The program includes a full year of professional immersion and/or academic exchanges. EDHEC's strong ties with leading companies, corporate sponsors (CFA Institute, Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP), Mazars, PwC, MINES Paris-PSL, Amundi, Crédit Agricole Nord de France, CA CIB, and Société Générale), and academic partners are integral to the program. The program aims to provide students with advanced financial knowledge and technical skills valued by employers. It's ranked #4 Master in Management worldwide and #6 Master's in Finance worldwide by the Financial Times 2024. The program is designed for motivated, self-starting individuals with strong intellectual capacity and a primary degree in a numerate discipline. The program is structured across three years:
- Year 1 (Sep - May): Master’s year 1 - Foundation year: Focuses on fundamental finance principles through academic coursework and interaction with business executives. This provides the technical skills needed for competitive internships. Specific core modules include: Cost Accounting & Management Control, Principles of Finance, Financial Econometrics with Python, Planetary Boundaries & Business Transformation, Portfolio Construction Theory, Financial Analysis and Valuation, Bloomberg Market Concepts, From Climate Science to Climate Finance, Introduction to Derivatives, Strategic Management, Corporate Governance, Macroeconomics Theory, Fintech, and Certificate Future of Finance.
- Year 2 (Jun – Aug): Professional immersion and/or exchange programmes: A crucial step for career building, with internships allowing students to build their career path and reflect on their specialization choice for Year 3.
- Year 3 (Sep onwards): Master’s year 2 (MSc) – Advanced specialisation: Students choose one of five MSc specializations: Climate Change & Sustainable Finance, Financial Engineering, Corporate Finance & Banking, Accounting & Finance, and International Finance. These specializations build on the foundation from the first two years and provide advanced skills for top-tier finance careers.

A range of electives are available to customize the Master's experience and achieve specific professional goals. It is taught entirely in English on the Nice campus and lasts three years (two academic years plus one year of professional immersion/academic exchange). The program offers double-degree agreements with MIT Sloan School of Management, Haas School of Business, and Athens University of Economics and Business, as well as exchange programs with various partner universities.
