Degree Overview:
The Master in Management (MiM) – Business Management, also known as the Grande École programme, is a three-year program taught entirely in English. It's designed to provide students with the academic knowledge and practical skills needed for an international career in business management. The program awards graduates a double degree: a Master in Management and a Master of Science. It aims to produce innovative thinkers who can adapt to change and excel in complex situations. The program combines two years of academic study with one year of professional immersion and/or academic exchange with a prestigious international partner university. There's also a unique apprenticeship track option allowing students to study while gaining professional experience and financial independence. The program benefits from close ties with leading companies like EY, P&G, Decathlon, Capgemini Invent, Cirque du Soleil, Sopra Steria Next, Microsoft, and Ubisoft, who serve as corporate sponsors. The program is ranked #4 Master in Management Worldwide by the Financial Times 2024.
Outline:
The program is structured across three years:
- Year 1 (September – May): This foundational year focuses on the fundamentals of business management through academic coursework and interaction with business executives. Students are exposed to challenging business-related topics from the start. Core modules include Strategic Management: Principles and Practices, Financial Statement Analysis, Corporate Finance, Marketing Management, Managing Human Capital, Excel, Business Game REVAS, Corporate Social Responsibility, Cost Accounting & Management Control, Management of Information Systems, Operations & Project Management, Legal Environment & Business Decision-Making, Business Development & Innovation, Emotional Intelligence, and Socio-Cultural France.
- Year 2 (June – August): This year is dedicated to professional immersion and/or exchange programs. Students can gain their first professional work experience or participate in a six-month exchange at a partner university.
- Year 3 (September onwards): This year focuses on advanced specialization through a Master of Science (MSc) program. Students choose from several specializations: Marketing Analytics, Strategy, Organisation & Consulting, Marketing Management, Entrepreneurship & Innovation, LL.M. in Law & Tax Management, Creative Business & Social Innovation, Global & Sustainable Business, Data Analytics & Artificial Intelligence, and Accounting & Finance (Nice campus). Students may also choose to participate in an exchange program or pursue a double degree at a partner university.
Teaching:
The teaching methodology is a blended learning approach incorporating core curriculum, blended learning (tutorials, lectures, workshops, seminars), applied learning (business games, case studies, entrepreneurship projects), and personal performance coaching (interviewing strategies, teamwork development, intercultural communication skills). The program is co-developed with leading business partners. The faculty list includes numerous professors and researchers across various disciplines (Marketing, Strategy, Family Business, Law, Economics, Finance, Operations & Supply Chain, Management, etc.). The Career Centre offers personalized career coaching, training, workshops, and access to internships and job offers. Potential career paths include corporate and social responsibility manager, marketing manager, digital marketing manager, business development manager, sales manager, business analyst, research analyst, HR manager, and operations manager. The Career Centre organizes numerous events and company trips to facilitate networking and job placement. Key recruiters include Accenture, Amazon, Capgemini Invent, Deloitte, EY, Nike, KPMG, PwC, Salesforce, Unilever, and Wavestone. 70% of jobs obtained by graduates have an international dimension. The EDHEC Alumni Association, with 55,000 graduates in 140 countries, provides further career support and networking opportunities.
Other:
The program offers a variety of international experiences, including double degree programs with partner universities and exchange programs (short-term or full-year). A Stanford Summer Session/International Honors Program (SIHP) is available for Master 1 students. The Erasmus+ program is also an option. A new Global Impact Project (starting in 2024) allows students to participate in a semester-long development project abroad with an NGO. The program has a strong emphasis on sustainability, with courses and specializations dedicated to the topic. The average age of students is 22, with an age range of 19-28. The class profile is approximately 55% female and 45% male. Students speak an average of 45 languages. The program is accredited by AACSB, AMBA, CEFDG, and EQUIS. The program confers a recognized BAC+5 degree with the Master's Grade, accredited by the French Ministry of Higher Education and Research.
APPLICATION FEE: €100 FEES: €43,000 (EU students) / €49,450 (non-EU students) APPLICATION DEADLINE: June 2025 The EDHEC Master in management degree is a level 7 qualification (Bac + 5) jointly awarded by the French State which confers the Grade Master. This degree is certified by the CNCP (Commission Nationale de la Certification Professionnelle) under the RNCP registration code 25332.

Entry Requirements:
EDHEC seeks talented candidates from diverse backgrounds with a history of strong academic achievement and demonstrated potential for growth and professional success. Minimum requirements include a three-year bachelor’s degree. Applicants must also submit acceptable English proficiency test scores (TOEFL Internet-based ≥ 92, TOEIC ≥ 850, IELTS ≥ 6.5, Cambridge Test of English ≥ 175). However, English native speakers or those holding a degree taught in English (minimum three years) are eligible for an English Test waiver. A strong GMAT or GRE or TAGE MAGE or CAT (CAT for Indian students only) official test score report or CFA Level II is also required. Additionally, applicants must provide a CV, letter of motivation, academic transcripts, two letters of recommendation, and complete an online video interview. If applying with a French degree and a visa Bac+3 from the French Ministry of higher education, application is through the Concours AST2.
Language Proficiency Requirements:
Applicants must demonstrate English proficiency through TOEFL (Internet-based ≥ 92), TOEIC (≥ 850), IELTS (≥ 6.5), or Cambridge Test of English (≥ 175). English native speakers or those with a degree taught in English (minimum three years) are exempt from this requirement.
