Program Overview

The Innovation, Product & Engineering Management (IPEM) program is a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree offered full-time at the Wels campus of the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria. The program equips students with the skills and knowledge to become successful innovation, product, and engineering managers. Emphasizing a hands-on, project-based learning approach, the program prepares graduates for diverse career paths in various industries, including both large international manufacturers and agile digital start-ups.
