Program Overview

This Level 2 vocational qualification prepares learners for a career as an employed or self-employed men's hairdresser. The program covers modules on health and safety, client consultation, haircare, men's haircuts, and facial hair grooming. Assessment involves practical evaluations in college salons and external exams. Upon completion, learners receive a Vocational Training Charitable Trust Diploma in Barbering Studies and are equipped for further study or employment in the hair and barbering industry.
