Program Overview

This apprenticeship program prepares individuals for a career in customer service. It develops essential knowledge, skills, and behaviors in interpersonal communication, customer handling, and resolving complaints. Upon completion, apprentices can join the Institute of Customer Service and are eligible for roles such as Customer Service Manager, earning a salary of around £30,387 per year. The part-time program lasts one academic year, with year-round enrollment.
