Program Overview

The Healthcare Support Worker Apprenticeship is a part-time, one-year program that prepares students to provide compassionate healthcare assistance in a workplace setting. Through a blended learning model, apprentices develop skills in patient care, safety, and support, with assessments conducted by workplace visitors. Graduates are eligible for entry-level positions in healthcare and may progress to further education or employment.
