Program Overview

This part-time, 11-week "Preparing to work in Catering: Baking & Patisserie" course is designed for aspiring bakers of all experience levels. It aims to develop baking skills from improver to advanced, covering bread, pastry, biscuit, and cake making, and offers a relaxed environment to explore creativity. The course is non-regulated and the qualification gained is a generic award.
