Program Overview

This 11-week course introduces the health benefits of Indian Head Massage, Qi Gung, and Reflexology, as well as techniques for building resilience and practicing relaxation and meditation. The course is designed for those interested in learning simple massage techniques or creating bath salts and room sprays. It requires no formal entry requirements beyond an interest in the subject and a commitment to attendance.
