Program Overview

The Professional Cookery (Adults) program at Bradford College is designed for working chefs to enhance their skills and pursue a career in the Catering and Hospitality industry. The Level 2 NVQ Diploma course covers essential cookery techniques, food safety, and work environment maintenance. Delivered in partnership with MyLahore Academy for work placements, the program prepares students for employment or further study in Professional Cookery.
