Program Overview

The Edexcel BTEC Introductory Award in Public Services is a Level 1 qualification designed to introduce learners to a range of public service careers. It includes a vocational qualification, Employability and Personal Development Award, English and Maths components (if needed), a tutorial program, and 30 hours of work experience. Assessment is through coursework, assignments, and presentations, and the program is taught through lectures, seminars, workshops, and presentations.
