Program Overview

The Double Degree in International Studies and Governance, Leadership and Democracy Studies is a two-year program offered jointly by IEP-Católica in Lisbon and Pázmány Péter University in Budapest. Students spend one year at each institution, pursuing the MA in Governance, Leadership and Democracy Studies and the MA in International Studies, respectively. The program is designed for students interested in the history, politics, and culture of Europe, particularly the European Union's eastward enlargement and democratic transitions in Central Europe. Upon completion, students receive a diploma stating the Double Degree.
