Program Overview

The Católica Porto Business School's "Leading Global Businesses" program is an executive immersive week that equips participants with skills to navigate the BANI (brittle, anxious, non-linear, and incomprehensible) global business environment. The program combines analytical tools, case studies, and site visits with a focus on developing skills such as design thinking and lean business modelling. It is an in-person, English-language program held in June 2025.
