These include common compulsory courses (specified by the Higher Education Council of Turkey (YÖK) and the University Senate) and elective courses. Elective courses begin in the second semester and comprise 12 courses in total (23% of the program). 25% of electives are from other faculties, 33.3% from the Architecture faculty, and 41% are technical electives from the Architecture department. The course schedule is detailed in the provided "Ders Yapısı ve Krediler Tablosu" (Course Structure Diagram with Credits) section, listing courses by year and semester, including course codes, prerequisites, theory and application/laboratory hours, local credits, and ECTS credits. A Course & Program Outcomes Matrix shows which program outcomes each course contributes to. The matrix uses a numerical scale (1-5) to indicate the level of contribution. The full list of electives is extensive and includes courses from both the Architecture faculty and other faculties.

Assessment:

Students are graded using a letter grade system (AA-FF), with ECTS grade equivalents. The minimum CGPA for graduation is 2.00/4.00. The program director is identified as Prof. Dr. A. Zeynep Onur, Head of Department, Faculty of Architecture, Near East University.

Careers:

Graduates (architects) can work in public or private sectors, in architectural offices, design studios, or independently. They may become designers, specialists in marketing related products, or controllers in manufacturing firms. Further study options (graduate programs) are available, leading to careers as instructors or research assistants at universities.
