The Bachelor’s Degree Program with a Specialization in Web Development and Administration is designed to provide hands-on learning experiences and a solid foundation in technology, equipping students with relevant tech skills. Students learn to design web programs using various web programming languages like HTML and JavaScript. The curriculum is built with a "Tech Core," emphasizing practical application. The program includes elements aligned with industry certifications like CompTIA A+, CompTIA Linux+, CompTIA Network+, and CompTIA Cloud Essentials+. Qualified students may receive up to a $300 reimbursement for one exam attempt for these certifications. A complimentary laptop is provided as part of the program (certain restrictions apply). Students can complete the program in as few as 2 years and 8 months (minimum completion time, assuming year-round, full-time enrollment) or the normal 4 years.

- E-commerce: Exploring internet marketing, retail, payment, and order fulfillment; learning about B2B, B2C, and C2C e-commerce models.
- Web Architecture: Studying web architecture and connectivity, understanding protocols like TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, HTTP, and FTP; designing internet or intranet infrastructures.
- Advanced Web Application Development: Studying design, coding, scripting, and database connectivity for web applications; improving user interface skills.
- Web Security: Examining web application protection from external threats, safeguarding customer privacy and accessibility.
- Logic and Design: Studying programming logic and algorithm design, including control structures; understanding computer processing.
- Interacting With Computers: Using computers and systems to program hardware, write software, set up functions, enter data, or process information. The program also incorporates the Undergraduate Certificate in Programming Essentials and the Associate Degree in Information Technology and Networking. All courses in these programs are included in the Bachelor's Degree program, allowing students to earn these credentials along the way. The minimum credit hours for the Bachelor's degree are 124, the Associate degree is 60, and the Certificate is 22.
