The Master in International Sales Management & Negotiation is a program completely taught in English which aims to educate effective, versatile and ethical managers, with strong negotiations skills to work in international context.

It offers participants the opportunity to understand all elements of a sales process, and to fully engage in an interdisciplinary analysis of negotiation in a global environment. Participants learn about their own negotiation style, master the art of communication and develop relational skills, which are of key importance for constructive negotiation processes.

They also develop the ability to effectively drive change, generate creative solutions, and to engage in different contexts. Furthermore, students will understand how to apply these negotiation skills to international business settings, such as sales, business development and dispute resolution.

MSc in International Business Negotiation

Before I came to IÉSEG, I was a student of the International EDHEC BBA, another French business school. I studied there for 4 years and I had the opportunity to spend one year in Spain. I specialized in Marketing and Communication. In France, I feel it is very important to do 5 years of studies after the baccalaureate to have the chance to get the best job possible. For this reason, it was important for me to add a master-level degree to my experience. Independently of the fact that IÉSEG is one of the best French business schools, I was really interested in one of their programs, which is not easy to find elsewhere. I ...

I am currently an International Marketing Manager at Groupe Monge (healthcare and wellness specialist). Their shops are popular with international tourists looking to purchase French healthcare and skincare products, and they are well known for their competitive prices. I am mainly responsible for content management in social media campaigns to target Chinese and Korean clients. I highly appreciated my studies at the Master of Science in International Business Negotiation. It provided me with practical skills in cross-cultural communication, negotiation, dispute resolution, sales technique and strategy, leadership, etc. I have ...

Master in International Business Negotiation / Promo 2019

Before studying at IÉSEG, I worked in Talent Acquisition before joining Accenture Belgium as an HR Analyst. I knew IÉSEG as it has a partnership with my alma mater in Argentina, UADE Business School. The courses were taught in English and the School had an international approach. And Paris is one of the most important business hubs in the world. I chose the Master in International Business Negotiation as it was the only program focused on business negotiation in Europe. Thanks to the program, I made long-lasting friendships and enriched my network. I played rugby for IÉSEG and mixing with French students was just ...

MSc in International Business Negotiation, 2016

I have chosen the Master of Science in International Business Negotiation due to my interest in relationships, how people communicate and how interpretations cause miscommunication and conflicts. Through this year I acquired the knowledge to identify, analyze and solve any imminent conflicts in a integrative way, so parties may achieve win-win outcomes. This Master's degree gave me the opportunity to combine theory (learning) and practice. During this year we participated in really interesting (negotiation) simulations with different requirements. At the same time, some of us had the chance to participate in international ...

Prior to this, I worked as a Key Account Manager Europe at Questel in Paris. Before joining the School, I founded my own company Research 101, a primary research solution provider for management consultancies and private equity firms. How did your studies at IÉSEG help you in terms of your career? It is my belief that many functional areas of businesses ...

Prior to coming to IÉSEG, I studied law at KU Leuven in Belgium, specializing in criminal and international-European law. After the KUL, I wanted to study in a management school and improve my French at the same time. IÉSEG offered the perfect combination of a school with an excellent reputation, a good program including French classes, and a reasonable tuition fee. Negotiation is everywhere and knowing how to handle negotiations, how to prepare, how to get what you want, how to make good decisions, is an extremely useful skill to have in your career toolbox. This program is extremely broad, there are courses on human ...
