Course Summary
Managers, and even more so IT managers, have nowadays to deal with the interconnected business and technology worlds. While all these leaders usually have a deep background in information systems management, either acquired practically or through previous tech-related studies, they are usually also accountable for leading a highly qualified team and overseeing key projects and assets. Long gone are the days when one could casually ignore business matters to focus on improving IT technologies and services.

Timetables
The teaching timetable should be available from the end of August. Access to the timetable is through the Student Hub – you will be able to access the Student Hub after you have completed online registration. The teaching day is 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday; please keep your other commitments open until confirmation of your teaching timetable, and bear in mind that many courses will offer placements or fieldwork which sometimes extends into the evenings and weekends.
Entry Requirements
- 1st or 2nd class honours degree.
- Students with other qualifications may be admitted to the course, please contact the Enquiry Centre for further details.
- Accreditation of Prior Learning (APL) may be considered for relevant prior learning at the same academic level.

Selection Criteria
- The formal entry requirements are:
- An honours degree at 2:2 or above.
- At least 2 years’ relevant work experience.
- English language at IELTS 6.5 (minimum of 5.5 in each component).
- Applications are considered from candidates who do not meet the formal entry requirements but can provide evidence of equivalence.
- Examples of equivalence are:
- A wide range of professional qualifications and/or work experience.
- Working or studying in English or an English-speaking environment.
- Applications will be considered from candidates who do not meet the formal entry requirements but who can demonstrate by an interview the commitment to complete the programme successfully.

Student Finance
We have a wide range of scholarships, bursaries, grants and funds available to support you throughout your studies with us. This includes the Cumbria Bursary - a non-repayable bursary designed to support first year students with a household income of less than £25,000.
Robert Kennedy College Tuition Fees
- The tuition fee for this course is 12,000 CHF (Swiss Francs). This includes access to an authorised set of the University’s online library resources, Online Campus access, graduation fees, and University of Cumbria matriculation fees. Fees are payable in interest-free instalments. The fees are for the entire programme, and include all the courses as well as supervision for the final dissertation. Some of the textbooks that you will need for the course are not included in these fees.
