Module - Leadership and Change

The aim of this module is to provide you with the opportunity to examine issues of quality management and leadership for change at the point of service delivery.

Objectives

On successful completion, you will be able to:

• Propose and critically review the need for a change in your practice area
• Develop a strategy to implement the change including a critical appraisal of the leadership and change management theories relevant to this
• Relate your findings and recommendations into the governance agenda in terms of continuous quality improvement
• Critically reflect upon your own strengths in developing as a change agent in order to promote and enhance your continuous professional development

Tuition fees are set annually and are subject to review each year. The University may therefore raise tuition fees in the second or subsequent years of a course, in line with inflation and/or the maximum permitted by law or government policy.
