Master of Science in Computer Science

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

The Jessup MS in Computer Science program is designed to equip graduates with the latest computing techniques. The program is based on three areas of knowledge: Data Science which includes database management and analytics; Software Development which enables our students to excel in the market of system development and security; and Platforms Architecture to empower them with the practical optimization of artificial intelligence, software engineering, and deep learning languages.

  • Location: San Jose Campus
  • Classes: Fridays: 6pm – 10pm | Saturdays: 8:30am – 5:30pm
  • Tuition: $660 per unit (Financial Aid available. Yellow Ribbon College for Veterans)

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

  • Basic Requirements:
    • Verification of a baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited institution
    • University application form
    • Two personal reference forms
    • Undergraduate GPA of 3.0 or better
    • No GMAT Required
    • Students have to work as part of their academic requirements
  • Additional Requirements:
    • Verification of a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
    • A comprehensive and working knowledge of two programming languages (e.g. Java, Python, C and C++, etc.). Prefer at least two years of programming.
    • Comprehensive mastery of an operating system (e.g., Windows), skills in navigating the Internet, using computer tools such as word processors, file and document processing, spreadsheets, etc.
