The University of Findlay's Western Equestrian program is a renowned and award-winning program that offers students the opportunity to work with nationally and internationally recognized instructors and gain hands-on experience in the equine industry.

Program Features

• Work with nationally and internationally recognized instructors
• Exposure to all facets of the equine industry
• Individualized instruction with at least one horse per semester
• Guaranteed five days of instructor-led riding and training time at the barn each week

Facilities

• The Western Equestrian Riding Barn and the Dale Wilkinson Arena are located at 14700 U.S. Route 68, Findlay, Ohio 45840.

Show Teams and Student Organizations

• The university has cattle for cutting on grounds in the western program for students.
• Students can participate in show teams and student organizations to further develop their skills and knowledge in the equine industry.
