Entry Requirements

  • Age Requirement: 17
  • All students commencing courses on a published September start date must be 17 years old by 31 December of that calendar year. For all other start dates, students must be 17 years old on the published start date of the programme.
  • Academic Requirements: Satisfactory completion of A-levels, a recognised Foundation programme, first year of an overseas university degree programme with good grades, or equivalent. You will be required to provide a portfolio as part of the application. This should document your experiences and the expertise you have gained in previous studies. It should demonstrate a range of core skills and a basic understanding of architecture.
  • English Language Requirements: IELTS 5.5 (with a minimum of 5.0 in writing) or equivalent.
  • Class size: 20
  • iCAS: If you have a higher English language level, you may qualify for our iCAS – integrated Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) – program. Combining your pathway and degree in a single study plan, you’ll only need one visa for the duration of your studies and can apply with alternative English language qualifications to IELTS.
