Digital Business Management MSc

Overview

On this MSc Digital Business Management Master's degree course, you'll gain a comprehensive understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its role in transforming business practices, decision-making, and strategy.

Through lectures, case studies, and practical activities, you'll learn about the frameworks, models, strategies, and systems you can use to make effective, real-time decisions across a company's internal and external operating environments, and how leading enterprise software, including SAP applications, enables development and implementation of digital change in business.

You’ll explore how AI is driving the shift from rule-based automation to more advanced AI-driven transformation, enhancing decision-making for greater efficiency, and integrating Generative AI into the service industry. You’ll also develop skills in predictive analytics and learn how AI optimises business processes. Ethical considerations are embedded throughout the curriculum, helping you address data bias, knowledge reasoning, and responsible AI deployment.

Industry guest speakers will share valuable insights into AI’s role in digital transformation and innovation, providing real-world perspectives on how businesses are adopting digital change. By the end of the course, you’ll be ready to lead in a technology-driven global business environment, driving digital transformation and operational success.
