On this applied course, you’ll learn the fundamentals of using geospatial data for real-world solutions through a combination of practical work and background theory. You'll use the same software tools employed by professionals in the field, and find out how to apply practical GIS skills in a range of contexts.
Entry Requirements
- Eligibility: This course accepts UK, EU, and international students.
- UK qualifications: A second-class honours degree or equivalent in Geography, Geology, Earth Science, Applied Geology, Civil Engineering, Environmental Science or a related discipline.
- Non-UK qualifications: If you're applying as an international student with a non-UK degree, you’ll need to show you meet the UK entry requirements listed above.
- English language requirements: English language proficiency at a minimum of IELTS band 6.5 with no component score below 5.5.
