Contents

Project-based learning

  • Web and Mobile Development: Students will learn to understand the architecture and web and mobile development processes, in order to gain confidence when leading teams of developers. You will design basic functions for web and mobile solutions.
  • Agile Product Management: The students will immerse in the Agile mindset by experimenting the Agile product management practices. At the end of this subject they will be able to practice Scrum, understand Kanban, develop an idea from vision to deployment from an Agile perspective, and define requirements with User Stories. Students will also learn how to manage multidisciplinaries Teams, made of busniness and tech profiles, to align digital product management goals.
  • User Experience: The student will learn to manage user experience design projects, as well as design and create digital solutions focused on the user’s needs. They will be able to comprehend the impact of Human behavior in the product development, helping the creation of user jorney, flows and content structure. They will design prototypes and wireframes. They will learn brand managment and how to create a content strategy.
  • Cloud & DevOps: Students will get to know the major cloud providors and their strenghts. They will learn to use at least one of these in depth and how to give support to scalable digital projects.
  • Big Data: This subject is an introduction to Big Data analytics. Students will learn what is Big Data and what it is not. They will learn the main tools and analytics techniques, to be able to work in an end to end analytics project. This is going to be useful to detect data driven opportunities and also to optimize features of digital products.
  • Digital Business: Students will understand the impact of the digital transformation on the economy. They will learn to think strategically about how to analyse trends and how to market any business in the digital world. They will develop and execute digital marketing plans effectively.
  • Entrepreneurship: Students will learn to shape opportunities, provide leadership and build the Team to create economic and social value. They will create and develop business models for start-ups based on customer development and continuous validation, managing financial metrics and dealing with investors.
  • Innovation & Creative Technology: Students will experience the process of discovery, interpretation and ideation. They will learn techniques to identify opportunities and understand customer needs. They will integrate the process of conceptualization and creative design that will help them design innovative digital solutions based on disruptive technologies.
  • Project: Students work during all the program on a final project with the aim to build a real digital product.
