The Costes del Producto program is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of cost management and its impact on business decision-making. Program Objectives
The program aims to develop participants' competencies and skills in the following areas:
- Interpretation and analysis of financial statements
- Classification of costs and their allocation to products
- Understanding the impact of activity levels on costs
- Measuring product profitability
- Determining sales prices
- Analyzing the impact of production and commercial decisions on company profitability
Program Structure
The program consists of six modules, each focusing on a specific aspect of cost management. The modules are:
- Interpretation and analysis of financial statements
- Classification of costs and their allocation to products
- Understanding the impact of activity levels on costs
- Measuring product profitability
- Determining sales prices
- Analyzing the impact of production and commercial decisions on company profitability
Program Format
The program is delivered on-campus over a period of five weeks, with sessions held on Thursdays from 16:00 to 20:00. The program includes a total of 20 hours of instruction.

The program fee is €1,600, with an optional additional session available for €590.

Admission Requirements

Application Process
To apply for the program, participants must submit an application form, which can be accessed through the program's website. Once the application is received, IQS will send a proforma invoice for the program fee. The participant must pay the fee in full before the program starts.
Cancellation Policy
Participants may cancel their registration, but IQS will not refund any fees paid once the program has started. IQS reserves the right to cancel or postpone the program if the minimum number of participants is not met.
