The Property Development and Valuation Extension Major (BCom) is designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills required to succeed in the dynamic property industry.   • Identify, understand, apply, and analyze property-related issues and their impacts on national and international commercial and residential property markets
  • Communicate commercial and residential property development, investment, and valuation analysis professionally and in ways that are responsible and appropriate for local, national, and international business contexts
  • Distinguish, identify, and apply available technologies and methodologies to investigate property-related issues, particularly valuation and development, in ways that demonstrate critical thinking and responsible judgment
