The content of this course will prepare you for a career in this vibrant environment, in which you will be called upon to advise a wide range of clients on anything from development opportunities to landlord/tenant disputes and investment decisions.

What Happens on the Course?
This course is aligned with the RICS requirements. This course will equip you with the skills required to manage residential and commercial properties. Property managers manage and maintain all communal aspects of residential property, they account for shared charges and resolve disputes at all levels. Managing a property involves complying with legal obligations, for example, landlord and tenant, planning, health and safety and fire regulations.

Entry Requirements
- 96 UCAS points
- A Levels - grades CCC / BCD
- BTEC L3 Extended Diploma or OCR Cambridge L3 Technical Extended Diploma - grades MMM
- Access to HE Diploma (60 credits) of which a minimum of 45 must be at Level 3 (96 UCAS point equivalence, minimum 45 credits at merit)
