The Sports MBA is a game-changing program that brings together the business of sports and the world of academia. Inspired by sports and driven by business, this program is designed to help professionals take their careers to the next level.

Live Online Weekend Learning

Our Sports MBA is delivered 40% live online, offering real-time learning with global peers and industry leaders. Engage in interactive discussions and projects that prepare you for the sports industry’s challenges.

Self-Paced Flexible Study

The remaining 60% of your learning is self-study, giving you flexibility to learn at your own pace. You’ll receive personalized support within a 6-week window to ensure you stay on track and master the material.

In-Person Barça Experience

Soak up Barcelona’s sporting culture at our optional Barça Immersive Experience. It's an invaluable opportunity to live and breathe the business of international sports in this vibrant city and put your online learning into a real-world context with Barça Innovation Hub.

Real-World Business Challenges

Challenge-based learning is at the heart of the program. During each module, you'll participate in hands-on leadership learning and faculty-led business challenges live online. A minimum of three Sports MBA challenges will be co-developed and delivered with Barça Innovation Hub.

Barça Immersive Experience

The Barça Immersive Experience is an optional, week-long onsite immersion designed to complement your online Sports MBA with real-world exposure to a leading sports franchise’s operations, strategy, and culture.

Program at a Glance

You'll study five core modules, each with an integrated sports business challenge. You’ll then take summer electives to broaden your knowledge, with the option of attending our Barça Immersive Experience on-site with Barça Innovation Hub.

Entry Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Three or more years’ work experience
• Proficiency in English (i.e. TOEFL/IELTS)
