What is Sports Science and Health?

Sports Science and Health is the scientific study of physiology and exercise science in relation to the ability of the human body to adapt to motion, movement, physical activity, and health changes. This course covers a broad range of disciplines, focusing on the medical aspects of physical activity, and the general concepts of physiology, medical science, nutrition, health, and related training.
