Program Objectives

The objectives of the MSc program are to provide students with:


  • A framework for lifelong learning

Professional Accreditation

The program is accredited by the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH).


Minimum Entry Requirements

  • An honors bachelor degree (2.2 grade or higher) or equivalent in a Science or Engineering discipline is required.
  • At least five years of experience, at a managerial level, in an environmental health and safety discipline is required.
  • Students will also need to show excellent communication skills within a risk-related work environment.
  • International student applicants will need to provide evidence of their English language proficiency, with an overall IELTS score of 6.5 or better (with nothing less than 6 in each component).
