What is Hospitality Management?
The hospitality industry is a major worldwide industry. It is dynamic, competitive, fast growing and international in nature. It is wide-ranging, covering everything from deluxe hotels, restaurants and designer bars, to catering operations and nightclubs.
Minimum Entry Requirements
Applicants should possess a bachelor degree at honours level (2.2 grade or higher) or equivalent. In addition, applicants may be required to complete an admission interview. A personal statement and two references are required as part of the application.
English Language Proficiency
If English is not your first language, you will need to provide evidence of your English language proficiency as detailed on our website. Applicants for this course should have a minimum IELTS (Academic Version) English Proficiency of 6.5 overall (or equivalent) with nothing less than 6 in each component.
