Schedule
Part-time delivery over 12 months, with in-person and online sessions. 3 hours online a week and one 8 hours on campus once a month. Modules are delivered through a blended learning approach combining:
- Lectures
- Workshops
- Self-directed learning
- Project-based learning
Contact Hours per Module
- 4-6 online sessions (3 hours each)
- 1-2 on-campus sessions (8 hours each)
- Total of 6-8 sessions per module
Example Format
- Online Days: 12-18 hours delivered through 4 virtual sessions
- On-site Days: 8-16 hours delivered through intensive on-campus sessions
- Blended learning approach balancing flexible online delivery with hands-on campus experience
Admission Criteria
- The minimum entry requirement for standard entrants is a Level 8 Honours Degree (minimum 2:2) in Computing, Science, Engineering, Business with IT, or equivalent qualification.
- Evidence of prior Microsoft Excel experience required.
- Third Class Honours degrees may be considered with appropriate work experience and industrial certification.
- If English is not your first language you will need to provide evidence of your English language proficiency as detailed on our website. Applicants for this course should have a IELTS (Academic Version) score of 6.5 or equivalent for non-native English speakers.
