What is Real Estate (Valuation, Sale & Management)?
The Higher Certificate in Business in Real Estate (Valuation, Sales and Management) is a Level 6 award on the National Framework of Qualifications developed in collaboration with the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers and is approved by the Property Services Regulatory Authority for licensing purposes. It is a challenging two-year course that covers issues relating to the valuation, sale, and management of residential property.
Minimum Entry Requirements
Applicants should have achieved a minimum of at least grade O6 or H7 in 5 subjects. The subjects must include Maths and either English or Irish. The level of English required if English is not the applicant's first language is IELTS 6.0 or equivalent. Applicants who do not meet the minimum standard of education, as required above, will be assessed on previous qualifications and work experience.

Schedule
There is a mix of online learning and classroom-based learning. Classroom lectures will be held on selected Saturdays through the academic year, commencing at 9:30 am and finishing at 4:30 pm (times subject to change), and there will also be online lectures throughout the academic year.
Progression
On successful completion, you may progress to Year 3 of TU085 Property Economics.
