Diploma in User Experience & Design

Overview

User experience (UX) is the term used to refer to the quality of an individual’s interaction with a computer-based system or product. It encompasses all aspects of the end-user's interaction with the company, its services, and products. User experience design is the process design teams use to create this interaction. As more organisations have adopted web-based platforms, the demand for UX designers has risen dramatically. This UX Design diploma provides practical skills for the design and evaluation of interactive systems. It will help learners to understand the life cycle of the user experience design process, its purpose, and tools available for use.

Through discovering the user experience context and the industry-standard tools and specific project deliverables in design, learners will be able to enhance visual communications in their personal and professional visual communications.
