- At the end of your taught semester you can choose between a professional internship or applied research project to earn your diploma.
- Internship: Your six-month professional internship will place you directly into a hospitality setting, enabling you to put to the test what you learned in the previous semester.
- Applied Research Project: Working with a partner company, you will tackle a real-world business challenge, drawing upon the skills and knowledge you learned in class.
