  1. Hospitality Finance & Performance Management
    • Discover and develop the major analytical skills hospitality managers and business operators require in order to facilitate effective financial planning, control and decision making in a hospitality accounting context.
  2. Hospitality Revenue Management
    • Acquire the knowledge and skills to craft a well-conceived Revenue and Pricing strategy, solving issues and calculating profits using a Hotel Revenue Simulation.
  3. Services Marketing in a Digital Age
    • This course offers a thorough grounding in Services Marketing with a particular focus on hotels.
  4. International Event Management
    • This course integrates the disciplines of food and beverage operations management, financial management, human resources management, marketing and logistics.
  5. Entrepreneurship & Business Modelling
    • Through this course you’ll develop an understanding of the process of entrepreneurship and the business environment in which the process takes place.
  6. Elective Module
    • You can customize your program according to your professional interests and/or career ambitions by choosing one of these elective courses:

Business Field Trip

  • The business field trip for this program takes you to Dubai, enabling you to validate – and build on – what you’ve learned in class.
  • It is also a prime opportunity to grow your professional network, by giving you face-time with established and well-connected hospitality executives.

Final Semester: Internship or Applied Research Project

  • At the end of your taught semester you can choose between a professional internship or applied research project to earn your diploma.
  • Internship: Your six-month professional internship will place you directly into a hospitality setting, enabling you to put to the test what you learned in the previous semester.
  • Applied Research Project: Working with a partner company, you will tackle a real-world business challenge, drawing upon the skills and knowledge you learned in class.
