Overview

The Diploma of Advanced Studies in Food & Beverage Entrepreneurship and Management is a one-semester (six months) study program that explores food & beverage (F&B) operations from the ground up. The program includes immersive field visits and, at the end of the taught semester, students will undertake a six-month professional internship or applied research project.
