   • Understand the concept of sustainable tourism and how sustainability impacts the tourism industry as well as how the tourism industry impacts sustainability
3. Sustainability & the Hospitality and Tourism Company
   • Learn about the most common operational issues that are addressed with sustainability initiatives, show how sustainability can be integrated into each of your company’s functional/departmental areas, and list some of the sustainability standards used in the industry
4. Sustainability Standards & Metrics
   • Learn about the many standards that exist to guide your company in its adoption of sustainability activities
   • Narrow down the standards to the ones that are a best fit for your company before exploring how to assess your company’s stage of sustainability adoption
5. Change Management & Sustainability Strategy
   • Learn a change management model that will help change leaders to get the entire organization on board with a sustainability strategy
