Program Overview

This 100% online course is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of revenue management in the hospitality industry. The program explores the concepts, principles, and implementations of revenue management, including strategic pricing, tactical pricing, total revenue management, technology enablers, and talent, people, and organization.

The program consists of six modules, each covering a specific aspect of revenue management:
