Program Overview
Data Analytics Bootcamp
Overview
MIM Data Analytics Bootcamp is designed by graduates of MIT, and University of Waterloo. The program includes an intensive Data Analytics Bootcamp followed by a Six-Month Internship in Data Analytics, with J1 visa sponsorship for international students.
Program Goals
- Strengthen applied math and programming knowledge needed for data science and AI
- Get a strong understanding of AI algorithms
- Acquire the analysis, design, implementation, and monitoring skills for IT & Big Data architectures
Program Structure
- 2 weeks Preparation (80 hours - optional)
- 13-week academic program (class/project hours), plus homework
Total program hours: 390 h.

- Introduction to Big Data analysis: data preparation and wrangling; data exploration objectives and methods: structure and unstructured data

- Introduction to Machine Learning: supervised and unsupervised learning
- Supervised Machine Learning: Support Vector Machines, k-Nearest Neighbor, ensemble Learning and Random Forest
