The BTEC Level 3 in Business is a university foundation course designed to prepare students for either the first year of an undergraduate degree or an equivalent Level 4 vocational course. This course is ideal for individuals with a professional goal of pursuing a career in a specific specialist field of business.

Course Requirements

To enroll on this course, applicants must:

• Be 16 years of age or above
• Show proof of their English language ability
• Have one of the following:
  • Minimum 3 D`s in IGCSE's
  • Grade 10 or equivalent in any curriculum with a minimum of 50%
  • BTEC Level 2 in a related field with a minimum pass profile
  • Other related BTEC Level 2 qualifications
  • Work experience with two references

Placement Assistance

This course is well suited to students who wish to progress to university level. The Level 3 Extended Diploma is a University Foundation Course which prepares students for Level 4. On completion of this course, successful students will have the credits they need to apply for admission to a Bachelor's Degree at a range of top universities across the globe or can go on to complete the Pearson BTEC HND in Business Level 4 & 5.
