What will you learn?
Optimal management in the tourism sector requires the application of modern concepts and tools, including advanced IT instruments for data collection, analysis, and presentation. Contemporary challenges of a knowledge-based, flexible, and collaborative economy also demand a flexible approach to conducting activities in local, national, and global tourism markets. During your studies, you will deepen your knowledge and acquire practical skills in areas such as:
- Handling domestic and international tourist traffic
- Creating business models and plans for tourism markets of various scales
- Planning and implementing marketing and sales activities in the tourism and hospitality industry
- Organizational behaviors enabling effective and ethical practices within the tourism and hospitality sector
- Financial management in tourism and hospitality entities
- Functioning of market mechanisms and state policies in tourism.
Additionally, you will understand the significance of sustainable development in the tourism and hospitality industry and learn to implement practices that minimize negative impacts on the environment and community.
We Teach Practically
Specialized classes at the WSB Academy are led by experienced practitioners. As a result, students learn about current trends and the latest knowledge in their chosen specialization. Additionally, the University regularly organizes practitioner meetings, providing an opportunity to meet interesting individuals who passionately discuss their work.
