Program Overview
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Knowledge you acquire
The aim of the postgraduate studies is to comprehensively prepare students to work in a project environment, both to act as a project manager and an active member of the project team. The studies improve the competences needed in all elements of projects: defining, planning, control, communication and closing. Graduates are prepared to freely use the PRINCE2 methodology. This knowledge is supplemented with the best practices of PMBoK Guide, AGILE and IPMA.
The PRINCE2 methodology is an excellent basis for implementing all projects in enterprises and organizations of any size and industry. It allows you to plan the project in an organized way, complete all tasks, complete the project and assess its effectiveness. At the same time, this methodology constitutes a universal platform for cooperation of all people involved in the implementation of projects. It enables effective communication and effective exchange of information at all stages of the project, including its preparation phase.
The classes carried out as part of postgraduate studies are designed in such a way that students can practically immediately apply the methodological interpretation in the environment of the projects in which they are participants.
