Overview

The Executive MBA program is a comprehensive training program aimed at executives seeking practical solutions in the area of building and implementing company strategy from an international perspective. The program provides transformational experiences, creating a unique environment where proactivity and creativity are most valuable.

Advantages

• Completion of the Executive MBA allows you to apply to sit on the supervisory boards of state-owned companies in accordance with the Law on Principles of State Property Management, without having to pass a state exam!
• High ranking in the Perspectives 2021 MBA Ranking: 4th place in the QUALITY OF STAFF category (participation of practitioner lecturers with business experience, saturation of academic staff with the most qualified people, experience of the program director, availability of staff to the Students),
• Faculty partner: Webster University,
• Implementation of 4 implementation projects in finance, HR, quality and processes, and sales and marketing standards,
• As part of the study, free participation in the PRISM study, as well as obtaining a personalized mental resilience report (PRISM is a neuroscience-based tool designed to identify behavioral preferences that are directly linked to interpersonal relationships and job performance),
• Study visit to business partners (e.g.: Maspex, Selleo Labs sp. z o.o.),
• Postgraduate study modules based on the specific needs of managerial practice carried out by outstanding specialists, practitioners from Poland and abroad,
• Sustainable project management module led by specialists from GPM Global (Green Project Management Global),
• Know-how in the form of practical implementation tools to support company growth,
• Possible certification in project and process management Green Belt - Lean Six Sigma and Black Belt - Lean Six Sigma,
• Possible international certification in sustainable project management: Green Project Management at the GPM-b level,
• Possible international certification in sales and marketing: Certified Digital Marketing Professional and Certified Corporate Sales Professional,
• Selected subjects are conducted in English,
• Graduates of the course can join the MBA CLUB (additional courses, training, lectures, conferences; cultural, integration, sports, hobby events, practical networking).

Program

The program includes:

• Finance and accounting,

• Human resource management, career building and development project,
• Customer relationship management and international marketing,
• Negotiations and international contacts,
• Project management and change management in the organization
• Risk management,
• International currency markets and financial and risk management,
• Quality management and organizational improvement tools,
• Sustainable Project Management GPM PRiSM Practitioner,
• Profile of a modern manager - development of personal competencies,
• Implementation projects.

Additional information:

• Duration: 3 semesters (implemented in 13 - months),
• Days of holding classes: classes once / twice a month: Saturdays, Sundays, from 8:00 am - 5:55 pm,
• Basis for credit: program ends with 3 exams to pass each semester of study and submission of team management projects (max. 5 people) in HR, finance, project management, marketing and sales management.

The study organizer reserves the right to make changes to the study program.

The cooperation between Webster University and WSB University within the framework of the Executive MBA postgraduate program introduces an important element of internationalization of the educational program into the implemented programs. For the participants, it is an invaluable added value from the different perspectives, international and cultural experiences that Webster University lecturers bring. It should be noted that cooperation between the universities is expressed not only in the individual lectures given by Webster University experts, but also in the possibility of completing full educational modules as part of their studies, up to the possibility of obtaining a graduate degree from an American university.
