MERCURI European Master in Customer Relationship Marketing
Presentation
The MERCURI European Master in Customer Relationship Marketing is a two-year, 120 ECTS program that focuses on the critical nature of relations between customers and companies/brands. The program is jointly developed and implemented by four European universities: Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Katowicach (Poland), Università degli Studi di Bergamo (Italy), Aschaffenburg University of Applied Sciences (Germany), and CEU Universidad Cardenal Herrera (Spain).
Program
The program is divided into two years, with the first year focusing on consumers and markets, and the second year focusing on companies and marketing strategies. The program includes a range of subjects, including consumer behavior, marketing research, corporate communication, and leadership skills.

The lecturers for the MERCURI European Master in Customer Relationship Marketing are:
- Ms Alexandra Angress: Professor at the University of Applied Sciences in Aschaffenburg, Germany.
- Prof. Dr. Sławomir Smyczek: Full-Professor at the University of Economics in Katowice (Poland).

Regulations
The program is governed by a range of regulations, including the General Regulations Concerning the Practicum in Bachelor's Degrees and Postgraduate Programs, and the Regulations for the Continuation of Studies and Enrolment Conditions for Bachelor’s Degrees.
Academic Fee
The academic fee for the program is 2,000 EURO per year, with additional administration fees payable to each of the partner universities.
