English Foundation Program
Overview
The English Foundation Program is not a prerequisite for an EU degree. However, EU is an English-speaking business school and all classes, assignments, exams, lectures and final dissertations are carried out in English. If students need to improve their English to meet EU’s program admission requirements, this specialized program will help them refine their language skills and prepare them for our programs.
English is essential for a successful career in international business. The English Foundation program is a one term course spanning eight to ten weeks* with start dates in October, February, June and August. Students will take a final exam at the end of the course. Upon successful completion of the English Foundation program, students will be automatically accepted into their chosen EU bachelor’s, master’s or MBA program when other admission requirements are met.
*Intensive programs are delivered in Summer Terms I and II. The duration is eight weeks.

Transferred to Barcelona While I was thinking transferring from another uni to EU Business School in September, I was skeptical about my decision as I am a person who doesn't like change. After spending my first semester here I already feel the choice I have made was amazing! The courses are very up to date and of course Barcelona is beautiful.
Studying in Barcelona EU business school is a great university, but has some flaws in the management and administration spectrum. It offers great teachers from a variety of industries in the business environment, with large experience, and even law professors practicing in the moment they are teaching. This provides helpful insights to the and education to the students. The networking in the university I great and allows you to meet many people from different nations, make great friends, and in some cases meet people with the same vision as you to run a business, or whatever can appear in mind. It must be noted that the administration lacks a lot of control and there are constant problems every time, not only that, but the different timelines proposed by administration on releasing grades, certifications and diplomas, dissertations, and so on, are unclear and are never met in time.
From Egypt, studying in Barcelona I’ve been a student at EU Business School for 3 months now. As a young foreigner it wasn’t something easy to adapt to, but the people at EU made it 10 times easier for me to adjust to my new country as well as the new educational system. I have learned many necessities at EU starting like simple marketing or management skills. I also feel very involved in everything. EU also has an amazing staff, who are mainly there to simplify your day at uni. Now that I’ve spent as little as 3 months at Eu I can’t imagine myself studying elsewhere.
Studying Business in Barcelona and Germany Simply one of a kind. A very warm and welcoming school that makes you feel at home. State of the art campus, facilities, classes and top notch staff that give you undisputed access to top networks around the world. Industry focused lectures, engaging class activities that literally prepare you to face the real world. To top it off with a beautiful city like Barcelona, I think EU Business School offers the perfect package for higher education. I also transferred to their campus in Germany.
