Program Overview


Strength & Conditioning Concentration

Overview

The exercise science major prepares you with the knowledge, skills, attitudes, and values to become an effective professional. Course topics range from human anatomy and physiology to sports nutrition, providing you with a broad base of knowledge applicable to many different careers. You will develop strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Concentrations in Coaching, Personal Training and Strength and Conditioning, and Pre-Allied Health are available. By completing the coaching concentration, you will earn coaching certification through the American Sport Education Program (ASEP).
