About this Micro-Credential

The Micro-Credential focuses on equipping students with essential legal knowledge and skills, emphasising legal risk management. It covers various aspects of legal systems, theoretical frameworks, and policies related to business and government regulation, with a specific focus on sustainability and ethics in organisational governance.
Incorporating critical thinking, the qualification will help you apply legal principles to real-world scenarios, enhancing your ability to analyse and find creative solutions to practical legal issues. Additionally, it fosters communication skills necessary for legal research and analysis in an international context.
The Micro-Credential recognises the importance of commercial law in management education, adopting a dynamic approach that emphasises the strategic role of the law in achieving organisational goals and mitigating legal risks.
