About this Micro-Credential

This Micro-Credential focuses on responsible leadership in the face of constant change within organisations. It aims to instil leadership that efficiently plans and implements change while considering sustainability, ethics, and stakeholder interests. The curriculum draws from globally recognised bodies, emphasising practical and theoretical aspects from leading organisations like the Globally Responsible Leadership Initiative and the United Nations Global Compact.
In this Micro-Credential, you will focus on how to diagnose and communicate the need for change, foster innovation, and manage change across boundaries. In today’s competitive and globalised economy, the ability to lead and manage change is vital for organisational success.
The content aims to provide both theoretical and practical insights into responsible leadership, emphasising foundational concepts and integrating them throughout the course. It employs case studies, debates, and applied problems to offer a holistic understanding of responsible leadership and change management, preparing you for leadership roles in dynamic modern organisations.
