The Master of Engineering Management (MEM) program at the University of Windsor is designed to prepare engineers for management roles. The program is offered by the Faculty of Engineering in partnership with the Odette School of Business and is available in both online and on-campus formats.

Program Description
The MEM program prepares engineers for leadership roles in multinational engineering and technical enterprises. Graduates are equipped to contribute to manufacturing strategies, corporate innovation, and operations management. The program also includes planning and executing technology commercialization and go-to-market strategy to foster an entrepreneurial spirit among MEM graduates.
Modern Curriculum
The program's modern curriculum includes core competencies in accounting, financial management, administration, engineering design, product management, strategy, and IP management. Elective courses and the capstone project allow students to expand their skills in practical areas such as:

Admission Requirements
Previous 4-Year Undergraduate Degree
- Undergraduate 4-year degree in engineering or closely related discipline (computer science, etc.)
- Minimum GPA must be the North American equivalent of B. Students with substantial work experience may be admitted with slightly lower GPA on a probationary basis
- Non-native English speakers must demonstrate English proficiency with IELTS: 7.0 / iBT TOEFL: 100 / Duolingo 120 scores
