The Master of Management is a unique 16-month program that offers the benefits of a world-class business education with the personal touch of a small school. The program is also offered in an accelerated 12-month option for individuals with strong academic records.


The knowledge acquired will serve as the foundation for a career as a business professional and a leader. Graduates enjoy careers in private industry and government in human resources, finance, accounting, supply chain management, and business data analytics positions within Canada and abroad.


The Master of Management program will enhance knowledge of international accounting and finance, develop management and leadership skills, and teach the value of marketing in the global business environment.

Admission Requirements

Previous 4-Year Undergraduate Degree

  • Undergraduate Transcripts: Four-year bachelor-level degree (or equivalent) in a related/applicable discipline from an academic institution approved by the University of Windsor.
  • Letter of Intent: Outline why you want to complete a Master of Management degree, your skills, knowledge, and past experiences, career goals and aspirations, and why you would be a good MM candidate.
  • Resume: An updated resume showing past work experience, education, etc.

Language Requirements

  • Demonstrated English proficiency by meeting or exceeding 7.0 score in the IELTS test, IBT-100 TOEFL score, or 120 Duolingo score.
  • English language improvement programs are available if you require extra training prior to entry into the academic program, or have received lower-than-required test scores.

Applicants are exempt from submitting an English language proficiency examination score if any one of the following conditions is true:


  1. Within the past two years, you have completed a university degree at a Canadian institution.
  2. Within the past two years, you have completed a university degree at an institution where English was the primary language of instruction, as indicated on our exemption list.
